<p>Apparently there is some common sense in the French tribunals, and that stupid law was revoked. Well, not really revoked, just cut down in its most dangerous bit (the ability of the ISPs to shut down the connection of a user based on perceived &#8220;pirate&#8221; activity). I just read about at <a href="http://www.enriquedans.com/2009/06/aun-queda-algo-de-sentido-comun-en-francia.html">Enrique Dans&#8217;s blog [es]</a>.</p>
